One of my distributors Jayme Larrison is a diabetic. She is one of those diabetics that works night shift, so she needs to take extra care to keep her sugar stable. She can eat bananas, which she needs the banana for Potassium. She likes the Fit shake, but cannot take it the way I do. So, I am sharing her recipes.

Diabetics and most everyone needs protein before 10 am. Jayme says that when she needs her protein to give her energy, stabilize her sugar and clear her mind, she uses these two recipes. Have a Happy Day!!! Charlene Kelley

Freezing does not harm i26 in any way. You can recommend that people add i26 powder to their beverage of choice (non-carbonated) e.g. sugar free Koolaid, Gatorade, etc. and then place the liquid into a "popsicle tray" to be frozen. The result is a treat that they will look forward to, embrace and enjoy (even the most finicky of kids... and adults). Simply adjust the amount of i26 according to the needs of the person.

No-Bake Protein Oat Bars
2 cups dry oatmeal
8 scoops i26 powder or 4 scoops i26 complete support (vanilla or chocolate)
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup water or milk
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then press into a 9x9 inch pan lined with wax paper. Freeze for 40 minutes and cut into bars.

Banana & Chocolate Chip Pops (Makes 4 servings) **Great for kids & Gluten-Free!!
1 ripe banana
1 cup (6 oz) banana yoghurt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
4 scoops of i26
Pop molds or paper cups
Slice banana, place in food processor with yoghurt and nutmeg. Process until smooth. Add i26 and pulse until i26 is incorporated. Transfer to small bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon banana mixture into 4 plastic pop molds. Place tops on molds, set in provided stand and place on level surface in freezer. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. To unmold, briefly run warm water over pop molds until each pop loosens. You can also make pops in paper cups instead of pop molds. After 20-30 minutes in freezer, insert wooden pop stick into each cup.
